Fees must be paid online through the link –svishyd.campuscare.cloud(Online payment charges will be applicable as per the payment gateway rules and regulations.)

Parents are requested to pay the school fees within the specified period for each quarter as mentioned below -

1st Term March 1ST - 25TH MAR 2025
2nd Term July 1ST - 30TH JULY 2025
3rd Term November 1ST - 30TH NOV 2025
After the due date, fees may be deposited with a fine of Rs. 25/- per day only up to two weeks, which will be considered as late fee.

NON DEPOSIT OF FEES AFTER THE LATE FEE DATE WILL FORCE THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES TO NOT PERMIT THE CHILD TO APPEAR FOR THE EXAMS AND TO STRIKE OFF THE NAME OF THE STUDENT FROM THE ROLL WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.

Withdrawals

In case of a withdrawal during mid-session from school, a written notice must be given, one calendar month in advance; otherwise the fee for month in lieu of the notice period will be charged.
For withdrawal of a child at the end of the academic year, the application should reach the office by 31st of January of the same year or the tuition fees for the number of days attended will be charged. No transfer certificates will be issued until all school dues are cleared.
A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for the issue of a duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate after the parent submits an affidavit about the loss of the original certificate.
NOTE – The School Authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission of the student on any of the following grounds –
1. Non- Payment of Fees
2. Disciplinary Grounds
